All the house projects in Lago Azul are reviewed by the expert team of the condominium. Some policies have to be respected to keep the harmony of the local, such as:

• The built-up area should not exceed 40% of total land and also should not be smaller then 200m2.
  
• It is forbidden the use of pre-fabricated houses.
  
• The highest measure allowed to a house is 11 meters or two floors.
  
• The houses may only be separated by hedges, concrete walls are not allowed.
